Biomedical / Electrical Engineer, Department of Medical Neuroscience

Position Summary:

The Biomedical / Electrical Engineer will work in a Brain Research Lab and is responsible for the development and implementation of data analysis methods for brain research (e.g. signal analysis including imaging and electrical brain activity). This position reports to Prof. Alon Friedman, Dennis Chair in Epilepsy Research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement algorithms for image analysis and brain signal analysis collected in our brain research.
  • Perform analysis, present, and discuss the results in weekly meetings.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Electrical / Biomedical Engineering or Bachelor of Computer Science with an interest in and experience with signal analysis methods. Experience with MatLab is required.

Status: 20-40 hours per week   
Pay Scale: To be determined based on qualifications and experience.
Duration: 1 year term
Start Date: Immediately
