THRIVE workshops are BACK


The Canadian Mental Health Association Nova Scotia Division is proud to launch our Fall THRIVE workshops.

THRIVE is an innovative, safe, and welcoming learning space that provides free courses designed to support mental health, boost resilience and promote connection.
Thrive Workshops are:

  • Free to access

  • Held virtually via Zoom

  • Available to all Nova Scotians

  • Developed by subject experts and mental health professionals, working together with people who have their own experience in personal recovery.

The Fall courses begin in September and run until December.
