Join Epilepsy Association of the Maritimes at DeWolf Park in Bedford, NS on Sunday, October 18th for a 5K Purple Walk for Epilepsy! Whether you're walking in support of a loved one, living with epilepsy yourself, or just want to help raise awareness, everyone is welcome to take part.

Registration is $25 - Get $10 off on early bird registration until August 31st! Youth under 17 can register free of charge!

Together, we'll walk to raise awareness, and help build a more informed, understanding, and inclusive community. Every step taken helps spark conversations, reduce stigma, and remind those affected by epilepsy that they are not alone.

Registration opens at 9:00 a.m. at DeWolf Park, with the walk beginning shortly afterward. Participants of all ages and abilities are encouraged to join us, whether you choose to walk the full 5K or simply come out to cheer on others and connect with the community. Help us meet our goal of $15,000!

Gather your family, friends, coworkers, start a team and wear your purple with pride! We can't wait to see you there as we come together to make a difference.
