Remembrance Day

Today, we pause to remember and honour the courageous individuals who served and sacrificed in times of conflict. As members of the scientific and research community, we also recognize that many advances in medicine, technology, public health, and innovation have emerged from lessons learned through extraordinary periods of history and human resilience.

Our commitment to discovery, evidence, and improving lives is possible because of the freedoms secured by those who came before us. On this day, we reflect not only on their sacrifice but also on our shared responsibility to build a more peaceful, healthy, and informed world through research and collaboration.

To all veterans, serving members, and military families: thank you for your service and sacrifice.

Lest we forget. 🌺
